CIRSEAU is a cluster of five sister projects (ULTIMATE, B-WaterSmart, REWAISE, Water-Mining, and WIDER UPTAKE) funded within the same H2020 call “Building a water-smart economy and society” that demonstrate the feasibility of a water-smart economy and society.
Within CIRSEAU, the Young Water Professionals Working Group is exploring what they can do to ensure meaningful engagement of young professionals in EU projects, trying to understand the gaps and where action needs to be taken. As part of this process, a short survey has been developed to gather information from young and senior water professional to understand the skills young professionals may want to develop or should develop to have a successful career in the water sector.
The information gathered will be used to prepare a white paper for the European Commission regarding career development.
