With strong participation from representatives of the private sector, public institutions, and academia, the official launch of the Water-Responsible Company Seal (EHR) – Argentina 2026 Edition took place. This initiative, promoted by the Argentine Water Chamber in partnership with Aquafondo, aims to foster improved water management and sustainability practices within the productive sector.
The event brought together 40 participants from companies, government agencies, and academic institutions, consolidating a space for dialogue and exchange focused on strengthening multi-stakeholder commitment to addressing Argentina’s water challenges.
The EHR Seal is designed as a strategic tool to support organisations in measuring, reducing, and continuously improving their water footprint, promoting standards of responsibility and transparency aligned with international sustainability trends.
The main speakers were Gonzalo Meschengieser, President of the Argentine Water Chamber; Mariella Sánchez Guerra, Executive Director of Aquafondo; and Eduardo Silva, Regional Operations General at IDE Technologies.
