We are proud to share that Harry Seah, PUB Deputy Chief Executive (Operations), has received the KWR Honorary Fellow 2019 for his contribution to driving international collaboration in water science and management. The Honorary Fellowship Award was officially conferred to Mr Seah by Prof. Dragan Savić, CEO of KWR Water Research Institute, in a virtual award ceremony on 4 Mar 2021.
‘Harry Seah is an inspirational leader who has been instrumental in developing strategic international partnerships and international collaborations, building bridges between science and practice to achieve societal goals’, says Dragan Savic.
This lifetime appointment by KWR is accorded to a single recipient every year, and Mr Seah is the fifth recipient of the Honorary Fellow award.
