The IWA Benchmarking and Performance Assessment Specialist Group (SG BPA) will presents and discusse benchmarking projects and performance assessment experiences around the world during their biennal IWA Conference Benchmarking, Performance Assessment and Regulation of Water Services (PI2025).
New in PI2025 will be performance assessment in regulatory frameworks and novel topics such as how to measure sustainability in the water sector and other aspects related to a water sector in transition.
