Nama Water Services, in cooperation with the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Water Resources, organised a workshop on “The Strategic Framework for Innovation in the Water Sector”. The event aimed to promote innovation in water management, supporting national priorities and Oman Vision 2040.
Dr Buthaina bint Mahfoodh Al-Wahaibi, Acting Manager of Innovation and Sustainability at Nama Water Services, said innovation is no longer a secondary option. It is a strategic necessity to deal with climate change, resource pressures, and rising costs.
