It is a pleasure to invite all ALOAS/Watershare/COFES/AIDIS members to the “PROFESSIONAL TRAINING PROGRAM IN INCIDENT COMMAND SYSTEMS (ICS) FOR WATER AND SANITATION ORGANIZATIONS”, which will take place virtually on Thursday May 6 from 1 to 5 pm (Argentina local time). Organized by AySA and dictated by the prestigious Canadian organization Operators Without Borders in conjunction with ALOAS, Watershare, SGBATOS and the Embassy of Canada.
OWB helps public water and sanitation services in developing countries to recover from natural disasters and other kind of conflicts by training and mentoring water and wastewater operators.
The objective of this activity is to train and form a team of 60 professionals and technicians from the water sector in Latin America and the Caribbean to provide assistance to drinking water and treatment plants in emergency and catastrophic situations and prepare the teams for eventual contingencies.
The deadline for registration is Friday, April 30.
